Housecall is an easy way of reporting non-urgent repairs on line. Please report all emergency repairs by telephone or at your local area Housing Office, trying to report them on line will cause delays and could put you or your home at risk.

Please note that you will need your Rent Account Number to complete your repair request.
When you complete the request, please tell us as much about the repair problem as you can, so we know exactly what is needed and can arrange an appointment with you to do it.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your repair request. This will be within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
