Our service standards are the commitments we have agreed with you and explain what you can expect from us.
They will ensure we are delivering an excellent service for all our customers.These standards are promises we need to keep and we are determined to live up to them.
We will measure how we are performing against each of them and publish the results so that you know how we are doing.
Customers have been fully involved in their preparation and all have been agreed with Customer Sounding Boards. Our standards have been set to be challenging but achievable.
