Why do we need a Business Plan?
Our Business Plan sets out our aims, themes and objectives for the financial years ahead and explains how we plan to deliver them. It is driven by our Strategic Service Improvement Plan which in turn drive our individual Service Improvement Plans. Our plans and strategies are underpinned by our Business Scorecard and Service Scorecards managed through our Performance Management System. Our Business Plan financial appendices are updated annually to reflect changes in our Management Fee and Capital Allocations. We report to the Council's Executive Board on our performance against our Business Plan on an annual basis and the report for last year is shown as a link on the right.
By identifying key areas of importance, our Business Plan and Service Improvement Plans provide strategic direction to all those involved in ENEHL. We update our Plans on a regular basis to ensure that they keep pace with changes in our organisation and the services we deliver.
