Digital switch for medium and hi-rise flats
All our high rise flats and many medium rise blocks include a communal TV aerial which feeds through to individual flats. Essential upgrade work has been going on to prepare for the digital switchover in 2011 but some tenants did not allow access to their individual flats and might miss out if they want digital TV in the future through the communal system. If you think upgrade work has not been done to your flat you can contact us on 0113 247 6307 quoting ‘DIGITAL UPGRADE’. This is only for flats that are part of blocks with communal aerial system. To other properties, including houses and flats without a communal aerial system, it is the responsibility of the tenant to make sure they are digital ready.

Repairs Texting Service Now Available! You can report your non-urgent repairs to us by starting your message with the word REPAIR, the first line of your address, a brief description of the repair you require and then send it to: 07800002198. The repairs team will then ring you back to confirm the details within the working day. Please be aware that text messages will only be dealt with during normal working times of 8am-5pm. This is a text message only line and will be charged at your network's standard rate dependent on the length of the text.
