Tenants Services Authority: The TSA took over the regulatory powers from the Housing Corporation that monitored how landlords, like ENEHL, managed their housing stock. The TSA's aim was to raise standards and champion tenants interests. A National Conversation was held between January and March 2009 to develop standards for landlords around what tenants want and need. The second phase of the National Conversation has now begun from 9/6/09 until 8/9/09 where the draft standards we've drawn up together are being fine tuned before they are officially launched.
